Comments: "Strap in"
"Right. Otherwise it could be dangerous"

Girls kickin' ass. That's cool. I'm not sure why this has received a failing grade. It has about seven funny lines which land really well.

"I could change diapers efficiently and without complaint. And I'm extremely funny"

I disagree with the self-sacrifice requirement all these Alien/Terminator films employ. It's cheap. Especially when it's a given those who sacrifice their lives to take out the evil thing will return in the next installment.

Grace is slightly miscast but it makes her more real. Sarah should have chain-smoked through the entire movie to be more honest. Arnold is wonderful but neither of his "being back" or "not being back" lines work.

This is just an action film. I imagine the failing grades come from those who try to make sense of the story and/or care if it has loopholes. I don't have time for that.

I want some funny lines, some meta-unreal violence, and a woman with muscles wearing a sleeveless t-shirt. I'm good to go.

Summary: More than two decades have passed since Sarah Connor prevented Judgment Day, changed the future, and re-wrote the fate of the human race. Dani Ramos (Natalia Reyes) is living a simple life in Mexico City with her brother (Diego Boneta) and father when a highly advanced and deadly new Terminator - a Rev-9 (Gabriel Luna) - travels back through time to hunt and kill her. Dani's survival depends on her joining forces with two warriors: Grace (Mackenzie Davis), an enhanced super-soldier from the future, and a battle-hardened Sarah Connor (Linda Hamilton). As the Rev-9 ruthlessly destroys everything and everyone in its path on the hunt for Dani, the three are led to a T-800 (Arnold Schwarzenegger) from Sarah's past that may be their last best hope.
