Comments: I enjoy a good swinging dicks movie, and I couldn't ask for more than Benicio and Josh doin' the swingin'. But this film doesn't look as cool as the first one. Take the vehicle border crossings: in the first one, simply watching some vehicles cross the border reached high level cinematic thrill levels; in this one there are shots of vehicles racing across the border and they're boring. Fact.

Summary: The drug war on the U.S.-Mexico border has escalated as the cartels have begun trafficking terrorists across the US border. To fight the war, federal agent Matt Graver re-teams with the mercurial Alejandro.
