Comments: Effective with a few over-the-top moments. I was very surprised by what happened just before we meet the "night bus to fuck knows where".

The soundtrack is quite good except for when it's cranked up for dramatic effect. The piece that accompanies our heroes on their trek after crossing the initial front line is outstanding.

A few too many hero walks but that comes with the territory. All in all a worthy addition to the genre.

Summary: Schofield and Blake, two young British soldiers during the First World War, are given a seemingly impossible mission. With time against them, they must deliver a message, deep in enemy territory, that will stop their own men, and Blake's own brother, walking straight into a deadly trap.
