Comments: The first segment, unfortunately the shortest, is worth the price of admission. Five stars, off the charts

The second segment has some stellar moments but it doesn't feel very Hamaguchi. It begins and ends Hamaguchi but the meat of it drifts, in search of a pull-quote

The third segment is a good idea for a skit

I blame the actors for my let down even though they are ultimately Hamaguchi's responsibility

Kotone Furukawa hits it. Katsuki Mori touches it. The rest feel like auditions

Summary: An unexpected love triangle, a failed seduction trap and an encounter that results from a misunderstanding, told in three movements to depict three female characters and trace the trajectories between their choices and regrets.
