Comments: About as musical as listening to someone read the phone book. The creature is pretty cool and Japan looks nice. Thanks Hideaki. Not worth it, though. I almost punted at the first bug-eyed, Papier-mâché Godzilla sighting. Glad I didn't. I enjoyed the transformation. Also enjoyed a few of the nerds but to heck with almost every other character. I assume these kind of films are supposed to be bad, and we're supposed to get into their badness, but I lack proper credentials and therefore it's just bad.
Summary: An unknown accident occurs in Tokyo Bay's Aqua Line, which causes an emergency cabinet to assemble. All of the sudden, a giant creature immediately appears, destroying town after town with its landing reaching the capital. This mysterious giant monster is named "Godzilla".
