Comments: A man's wife leaves him to become a bird. Yep. And they actually show her at the end, as a bird. Only from Korea would this be played so straight and with such earnestness. It's a beautifully photographed film with literary dialog.
Summary: A novelist (Kim Jung-Suk) has spent years searching for his missing wife. He wrote a novel about his experience. A woman (Soy), who read his novel, finds the novelist in an isolated area. She tells him she can help find her wife. The woman is also searching for someone. Rumors grow about the fate of the missing people.
